After 15 years of intensive training in Silat Suffian Bela Diri (SSBD) and 12 years of weekly teaching of this renowned system, I have reached an important milestone in my martial arts journey.
With deep respect for my teacher, Maul Mornie, and the strong foundation that SSBD has provided, I am proud to announce the founding of Silat Warisan Aliran Tua (S.W.A.T).
A new chapter in the evolution of Silat begins.

Our Three Disciplines

At Warisan International Martial Arts Academy, we now offer weekly training in four disciplines:

What Makes S.W.A.T Unique?

All traditional training methods, footwork, principles, strategies, skills, and drills from SSBD form the backbone of S.W.A.T.
This system is fully focused on weapon skills, with special emphasis on the principles of knife and machete combat.

S.W.A.T goes further by integrating knowledge from other authentic and ancient Silat styles from Borneo.
